The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 8th March 2017, when the following Order was passed :

"In compliance to order dated 30.1.2017 of the Hon'ble Court notice to respondents could not be issued as petitioner has not filed the spare copies. In the interest of justice, one week's time, as last chance is given. If copy is filed notice be issued to the respondents and list before this Court on 24.4.2017. In case of default, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for appropriate orders."

There are five respondents in this matter and the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 16308 of 2007 and other connected matters pursuant to Hon'ble Court's Order dated 30th January, 2017.

It is submitted that Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner has on 11th March 2017, within a period of one week, filed fresh spare copies of the Transfer Petition and accordingly, notice was issued to all the five respondents through the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore on 30th March, 2017.

It is further submitted that the status report as well as certificate of service in respect of all the five respondents is awaited from the concerned High Court.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on all the five respondents.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
