The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th November

2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice. In the meanwhile, further proceedings in Petition for Divorce being No.38/496/15 titled as "Dharmender Saini Vs. Rekha Saini", pending in the Family Court, Alwar, shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the Sole Respondent through speed Post on 18th December,

It is submitted that unserved cover has been received from the sole respondent with the postal remarks "sole respondent not residing on said address Hence, returned to the sender".

Thereafter the matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 27th January, 2016 when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to furnish address of the sole respondent within three weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued. List again on 8.4.2016."

Accordingly, Fresh notice was issued to the Sole Respondent through Speed Post on 26th February, 2016.

It is submitted that unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent with the postal remarks "Refused, Hence returned to the sender".

Pursuant to Ld. Registrar's Court Order dated 30th June, 2016, the matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
