This transfer petition is filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Order XXXVI-B, Rule 1 of the Supreme Court Rules, 1966 seeking transfer of petition for divorce bearing no. 38/496/15 titled as Dharmender Saini Vs. Rekha Saini pending in the Court of Family Court, Alwar, Rajasthan.

Keeping in view the submissions made in the Court, we deem it fit and proper to transfer of petition for divorce bearing no. 38/496/15 titled as Dharmender Saini Vs. Rekha Saini from the Court of Family Court, Alwar, Rajasthan to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North East District, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi.

Transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
