The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th January, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to the Sole RespondentState through registered A.D. Post.

As service of show cause notice is incomplete, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Registrar Court on 13th March, 2015, when the follwoing order was passed:

"Service report in respect of the sole respondent is still awaited. Request for effecting service on the standing counsel of the State through dasti mode is made. Accepted. Notice be accordingly handed over. Proof of service be filed within 28 days thereafter.

List again on 29.4.2015."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to the Sole RespondentState through registered A.D. Post as well as dasti.

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of dasti instead of filing affidavit of dasti service and no one has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Sole RespondentState.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
