Service is complete on respondent nos.1.1 to 1.4, 5 to 8, 10 to 12, 15 to 19 and 20.1 but none has entered appearance.

Respondent nos.2 to 4 and 13 have already filed counter affidavit. Ld. Counsel for said respondents has sought time to furnish reply to the application seeking substitution, setting aside abatement and condonation of delay in filing setting aside abatement. Any such reply be filed in the meantime.
