Mrs. Madhu Talwar, Advocate appears on behalf of respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) Nos. 595-596 of 2017 submits that she has already filed the counter affidavit in connected matter i.e. SLP(C) No. 33747 of 2014 whereas as per Office Report, SLP(C) No. 33747 of 2014 is not a tagged matter and respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 33747 of 2014 is not a party in the present case.
