The Petition abovementioned has been filed on 27.10.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 24.04.2014 and 11.09.2014 of the High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital in W.P No. 1021/2011 and R.A No. 644/2014 respectively.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing SLP against Order dated 24.04.2014 which is barred by time by 96 days and another against Order dated 11.09.2014 is within time.

It is submitted that CC Nos.19783, 20093, 20008, 20010, 20021, 20027, 19924, 20035, 20015, 19788, 20002, 20009, 20000, 20028, 19960, 19950, 20007, 19999, 20092 OF 2014 and instant matter are arising out of common order, hence instant matter are tagged with CC No.19179/14 which is listed as item No.23 in court No.11.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Civil) No(s). 22089 and 24848 of 2014 arising out of same Judgment and similar issue were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.08.2014 and 05.09.2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copies of Record of Proceedings dated 25.08.2014 and 05.09.2014 have already been included in the

Paper Books as Annexure P27 & 28 at Page No(s)270277 and Page Nos. 278280.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
