Respondent Nos.3 to 9 and 11 to 16 have filed counter affidavit. It is pertinent to note that on behalf of the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.10 vakalatnama alongwith counter affidavit seems to have been filed on record but the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps for bringing on record the legal representatives as required under the rules. Omission be rectified in two weeks and on compliance, application be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary orders/directions.
