Petitioner is permitted to serve the notice by affixing the same at the given address. For the purpose, petitioner may get help of the nearest Small Causes Court, Bhandra (Mumbai). Copy of such order be forwarded when the petitioner discloses the details of such Court. List the matter on 15th February, 2008.
