It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 17.02.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 6968 of 2011 alongwith application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Jagdeep Singh Randhawa, Caveator-in-person has filed application for permission to appear and argue in-person (regd. as I.A. No. 2) and the said application was placed before the Ld. Registrar (Misc.) for interaction with the caveator-in-person as provided under Order IV Rule 1(C), Supreme Court Rules-2013, when the Ld. Registrar (Misc.) pass the following order:-

"It is respectfully submitted that Mr. Jagdeep Singh appeared before the undersigned today as Caveator-in-person. The undersigned interacted with the Caveator-in-person from which it transpires that he knows English and will be able to argue and address the Hon'ble Court in an appropriate manner and will be able to render necessary assistance to the Hon'ble Court for the proper disposal of the instant matter. He does not intend to avail the services of an Amicus Curiae. Report is submitted accordingly."

It is further submitted that I.A. No. 2 i.e. application for permission to appear and argue in-person is being circulated herewith.

It is also submitted that W.P.(C) No. 295/2011 between same parties arising out of similar issued was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26.08.2011 when the Court was pleased to dispose of the same as withdrawn. Copy of Order dated 26.08.2011 is marked as Annexure P-5 at page Nos. 173-174 of SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that caveator-in-person knows the date of listing for 29.04.2016.

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
