"Proof of service of pleadings on respondent no. 1 has not been filed by the petitioner. However, it is acknowledged by the ld. Counsel to have been received. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks time as last opportunity.

Unserved respondent nos. 2 to 4 and 6 in SLP (C) No. 33747-33748, 35276-77 of 2014, respondent nos. 2 to 5 in SLP (C) No. 33779-80/2014, respondent Nos. 2 to 6 in all the remaining matters are yet to be served. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps. The ld. Counsel has requested for dasti notice upon all the unserved respondents. Be accordingly issued. Proof of service be filed within 28 days of service.

List again on 1.10.2015."

It is submitted that counsel for respondent No. 1 in all the matters except in SLP (C) No. 35276-77/2014 have already filed vakalatnama but Counter affidavit not filed in all the matters, so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed any proof regarding complete set of pleadings to the Counsel for the respondent so far.

It is further submitted that notice was issued on 20.08.2015 through registered AD as well as dasti to all the unserved respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6 in SLP (C) NO. 33747-48, 35276-77 of 2014, respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in 33779-80/2014, respondent Nos. 2 to 6 in all the remaining matters. Neither AD cards nor unserved covers have been received back from above mentioned unserved respondents so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of dasti service in respect of unserved respondents so far.
