The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.12.2015 with an office report dated 04.12.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice returnable on 11.01.2016, so as to explore the possibility of settlement of the issue through Mediation.

The impugned order shall remain stayed on the condition that the petitioners shall permit the childTanishka to be in the interim custody of her fatherRao Rituraj Singh, respondent for a period of seven days during the winter vacation.

The respondent may take the child on 23.12.2015 between 10.00 A.M. and 11.00 A.M. and send back the child to the grand parents on 30.12.2015 between 10.00 A.M and 12.00 Noon."

It is submitted that certified copy of Court's Order dated 04.12.2015 was sent, by speed post, to High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur and sole respondent on 08.12.2015. As per tracking report, the same has been delivered.

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to sole respondent on 10.12.2015, by regd. A.D. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received from sole respondent. No one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Service of show cause notice is still awaited.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
