UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Issue notice returnable on 11.01.2016, so as to explore the possibility of settlement of the issue through Mediation.

The impugned order shall remain stayed on the condition that the petitioners shall permit the child-Tanishka to be in the interim custody of her father-Rao Rituraj Singh, respondent for a period of seven days during the winter vacation.

The respondent may take the child on 23.12.2015 between 10.00 A.M. and 11.00 A.M. and send back the child to the grand parents on 30.12.2015 between 10.00 A.M and 12.00 Noon. Digitally signed by Signature Not Verified
