UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. None for the respondents.

Vide order dated 25.2.2011, passed by the Registrar's Court, four weeks' time was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing the application for deletion of the respondent Nos.3 to 5, 7, 9, 11 to 14, 16, 17, 20 and 22 from the array of parties but he has not filed any application on that count so far. He seeks two weeks' Item No.127 -2-

further time to comply with the terms of the order dated 25.2.2011. Time, as prayed for, is granted to him, as last chance, subject, however, to the payment of costs to the tune of Rs.500/-.

Served respondents may file the counter affidavit before the next date, in case they choose to do so.

List again on 12.7.2011.
