It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) CC.. No. 22094 of 2016 and the instant matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of common order.
It is further submitted that there is a delay of 116 & 115 days respectively in filing the above Special Leave Petitions against Order dated 30.04.2016 and counsel for the petitioners has also filed applications in support, thereof.
