The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07022017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Learned counsel appearing for both the parties agree that the matter may be referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre (SCMC) to explore the possibility of amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly, let the parties appear before the SCMC on 06th March, 2017, at 11 a.m. The respondent shall pay Rs.30,000/ to the petitioner herein towards travel and other incidental expenses.

The instant petition be listed four weeks' thereafter along with the Mediation Report. As prayed for, rejoinder affidavit may be filed in the meantime."

Accordingly, copy of Court's order dated 07022017 was sent to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre as well as parties were also informed to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 06032017 vide this Registry's letter dated 10022017.

It is submitted that Mediation report dated 06032017 has been received from the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books. Counsel for the respondent has not filed any proof of having paid Rs. 30,000/ to the petitioner in terms of the Order dated 07022017 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Ms. Jasmine Damkewala, Advocate has on 03042017 with permission of the Hon'ble Court filed Rejoinder Affidavit after serving its copy on the other side. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. Contd...2/
