The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar on 20.04.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Among six respondents in all the matters herein, respondent No. 1 in all the matters except in SLP (C) No. 35276-77/2014 have already filed vakalatnama. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. Complete set of pleadings be provided to the ld. counsel for the respondent.

Service of respondent no. 5 in SLP (C) NO. 33747-748/2014, of respondent no. 6 in SLP (C) NO. 33775-76, 33799-80 of 2014, of respondent Nos. 1 and 5 in SLP (C) NO. 35276-77/2014 stands complete but none has entered appearance.

With respect to the unserved respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6 in SLP (C) NO. 33747-48, 35276-77 of 2014, respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in 33779-80/2014, respondent Nos. 2 to 6 in all the remaining matters, petitioner still to take fresh steps to effect service. List again on 27.7.2015."

It is submitted that counsel for respondent No. 1 in all the matters except in SLP (C) No. 35276-77/2014 have already filed vakalatnama but Counter affidavit not filed in all the matters, so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed any proof regarding complete set of pleadings.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of the unserved respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6 in SLP (C) NO. 33747-48, 35276-77 of 2014, respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in 33779-80/2014, respondent Nos. 2 to 6 in all the remaining matters.

Service is not complete.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
