We have perused the report submitted by the Registry. Pursuant to the order dated 10th February, 2025, the members of the Registry have accepted the mistakes on their part. On two occasions, the orders of this Court were not complied with. The employees/officers of two Sections are blaming each other for non-compliance. Though no action is called for against any of the employees, we direct that the Registrar (Judicial) shall appoint a team of officers who will verify whether the orders of the Court have been complied with as and when the case is listed on the cause list so that the dispute between two Sections or two Branches of the Registry will not cause any inconvenience to the Courts. Ordered accordingly.

IN RE: REPORT

We have perused the report submitted by the Registry. Pursuant to the order dated 10th February, 2025, the members of the Registry have accepted the mistakes on their part. On two occasions, the orders of this Court were not complied with. The employees/officers of two Sections are blaming each other for non-compliance. Though no action is called for against any of the employees, we direct that the Registrar (Judicial) shall appoint a team of officers who will verify whether the orders of the Court have been complied with as and when the case is listed on the cause list so that the dispute between two Sections or two Branches of the Registry will not cause any inconvenience to the Courts. Ordered accordingly.

The report is accordingly disposed of.
