Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the

second petitioner has been arrested. Hence, there will be interim relief directing that no coercive action shall be taken against the first petitioner on the basis of FIR No.11208035250004 of 2025 dated 1st January, 2025 registered at P.S. Gandhigram, Gujarat subject to condition that the first petitioner shall always cooperate for investigation and shall appear for investigation as and when called upon to do so.
