UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$

The petitioner before this Court was working as a Professor in a Fisheries University in Andhra Pradesh and he seeks that his all the should be increased from 62 years to 65 years. The $\frac{17.33.33}{\text{Res}}$ tter is still pending before the learned Single Judge of High

Court.

In the meanwhile, interim orders were challenged before the Division Bench of the High Court and now before this Court.

We see absolutely no purpose to continue with this matter. Let the main matter, which is pending before the learned Single Judge, be decided as early as possible. We request the learned Single Judge to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months. Learned counsel for the parties have assured this Court that they shall not ask for unnecessary adjournments before the learned Single Judge, so that the matter may be decided at an early date.

In view of above, the Special Leave Petitions are disposed of.
