The Writ Petition alongwith Application above-mentioned was listed before the Registrar's Court on 20.04.2015 with Office Report dated 18.04.2015, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"The respondent Nos. 21, 29 & 33 have already filed the counter affidavit. The other served respondents, except the ones who have already filed the counter affidavit, shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks whereafter no further extension shall be given. List again on 07.08.2015."
