It is next submitted that Ms. Usha Nandini, Advocate for the Petitioner has on 26.02.2015 filed Proof of Dasti Service after serving Notice upon Standing Counsels for Respondent Nos. 2, 5, 8, 10, 12, 13. A.D. duly signed has been received back in respect of Respondent No. 30. Service of Notice is complete in instant matter.

The Writ Petition abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court and lastly listed on 29.08.2016 with Office Report dated 26.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Some of the respondentsStates have already filed their counter affidavits while some others remain to do so. Those who have not yet filed their counter affidavits may do the same within six weeks.
Learned counsel for Union of India submits that he will take instructions whether a uniform law to cover the subject can be recommended by the UOI as the subject in question falls within the concurrent list. We also request Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, Ld. Attorney General for India to assist us in the matter keeping in view the fact that the issue raised concerns Advocates' clerks who are a part of serving the legal system in the country.
Post after the needful is done."
It is lastly submitted that no Counter Affidavits has been filed in respect of Respondent Nos. 2, 5, 813, 17, 2224, 27, 30, 32, so far
The Writ Petition alongwith Application abovementioned is listed before the Ld Registrar's Court with this Office Report for orders.
