It is next submitted that Mr. D.S. Mahra Advocate has on 28.01.2015 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 21 i.e. State of Lakshadweep.
It is again submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 15, 19, 28 & 30 but no one has entered appearance so far.
It is lastly submitted that Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4-8, 10, 12-13, 16-18, 23-27, 31, 33-35 & 37 so far.
Hence, service of notice is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4-8, 10, 12-13, 16-18, 23-27, 31, 33-35 & 37.
The Writ Petition alongwith Application above-mentioned is listed before the Registrar's Court with this Office Report for orders.
