"Notice.

There shall be interim stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and order passed by the Division Bench of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone) Bench, Pune in Application No. 04 of 2014, dated 19.05.2015 qua the appellant alone, until further orders."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the ten respondents on 7/10/2015 through registered A.D. post. Ms. Aparna Jha, Advocate has on 27/10/2015 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 5 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 6 to 10 so far. Service of show cause notice in the matter is complete so far.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
