The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 10th February, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in CMA No. 960 of 2015.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay have been filed i.e. one is for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition and another in refiling the Special Leave Petition. There is a delay of 143 days in filing the special leave petition and 32 days in refiling the special leave petition. The total delay is of 175 days.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.17457 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed before Hon'ble Court on 5th August, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue of notice.(A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 5th August, 2016 is enclosed herewith).
