The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 10th February, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in CMA No. 960 of 2015.
It is submitted to Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No.17457 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed before Hon'ble Court on 5th August, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue of notice.(A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 5th August, 2016 is enclosed herewith). The said matter is fixed for 20th March, 2017.
It is further submitted that two applications for condonation of delay have been filed i.e. one is for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition and another in refiling the Special Leave Petition. There is a delay of 143 days in filing the special leave petition and 32 days in refiling the special leave petition. The total delay is of 175 days.
The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court that 5th January, 2017, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-
"A letter has been circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking an adjournment so as to enable the petitioner to file additional documents. Prayer is allowed. Post for hearing after four weeks. Additional documents, if any, be filed in the meantime."
It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the Petitioner has on 7th February, 2017 filed additional documents along with an application for permission to file the additional documents. The copy of said application has already been included in SLP paper-books.
The aforesaid applications in the matter are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
