Four weeks time, is granted to the respondent No. 1 to file the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 2 to 5 & 7 to 17 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Respondent No.6 is reported to be dead.

Learned counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record his Lrs.
