We have heard M/s. P. Chidambaram and Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, learned seanior counsel appearing for the appellants in the matters.
Issue notice, returnable after four weeks. However, in the meantime, no coercive steps should be taken against the appellants including in terms of the notice which has been issued by the concerned authorities.
