UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
C.A. Nos. 1824,1828,1829,1830,1831,1832,1834,1835 and 1837/2013
Being complete matters, place the same before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
C.A. Nos. 1825,1826,1833,1836/2013
As per postal tracking report notice issued to the respondent No.1 in C.A. No.1825/2013 has been received back with postal remarks "Agency Wound Up", in respect of Respondent No.1 in C.A. No. 1826/2013 with remarks" Addressee not found" and in respect of sole respondent in C.A. No. 1836/2013 with remarks "Shop permanently closed". Hence, learned counsel for the appellants shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of NLPA to them within the same period.
The office report indicates that respondent No.1 in C.A. No. 1833/2013 who is residing abroad not served due to unclear address as reported by Consulate General of India, Dubai. Hence Learned counsel for the appellants shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period in compliance with the rules governing the subject.
