For Respondent(s)

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Permission to file the special leave petition is granted.

This special leave petition is filed against an interim order dated 03.11.2017 which was passed in the writ petition filed by respondent No. 1 for directions to the Bar Council of India to recognise their LLB course.

We find no reason to interfere at the behest of the appellant who has filed its own writ petition against the State Government's order dated 03.08.2017. If otherwise available in law, the petitioner will always be at liberty to ask for appropriate orders in its own writ petition.

With these observations, this special leave petition is dismissed. Digitally signed by NIDHI AHUJA Date: 2017.11.10 16:39:15 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified
