The petitioner wife is living in East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. She is seeking transfer of divorce proceedings initiated by the respondent-husband at Paschim Medinipur, to the jurisdictional Court at East Godavari District Court in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Issue notice returnable in six weeks.

Until further orders, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Matrimonial Suit No.1106 of 2021 titled Shri B. Babji, S/o Sri B.Srinivas Rao vs. Smt.C.H.Indira, W/o Sri Banding before 5^th Additional District and Sessions Judge $\dddot{\tilde{\mathbf{a}}}\mathbf{\bar{t}}$ Paschim Medinipur.

The petitioner wife is seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by her under Section 125 Cr.P.C.from Kharagpur to East Godavari district. It is submitted that the divorce proceedings initiated by the respondent-husband is also sought to be transferred to East Godavari District, where the petitioner wife is living.

Issue notice returnable in six weeks.

Until further orders, there shall be stay of further proceedings of MR Case No.55 of 22 titled CH Indira @ Chinthala Indira wife of B. Babji vs. B. Babji, son of B.Srinivas Rao**, pending in the Court of Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kharagpur.**
