UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Petitioners has failed to take appropriate steps in respect of unserved respondents, though last chance was granted.

Hence, the matters be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.

In all other matters

service is complete.

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to appearing respondents, to file counter affidavit.

After expiry of the said period, the matters be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
