The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23.11.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Delay condoned. Application seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order is allowed.

Issue notice to consider issuing appropriate direction to the respondents for depositing the decree amount returnable in four weeks.

Dasti service, in addition, is permitted."

Accordingly, show cause notice usual as well as dasti was issued to respondent Nos. 13. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent Nos. 13 .Counsel for the petitioner has not filed Affidavit with proof of Dasti service in respect of respondent Nos. 13..

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 24.2.2016 & 21.4.2016 when the following order was passed :

" Order dated 24.2.2016

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the all the respondents.

List again on 14.4.2016."

The office report indicates that Learned Counsel for the petitioner has failed to comply with the terms of the order dated 24.2.2016. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed an affidavit with proof of service in respect of respondent Nos. 13 so far.

The office report on default in the matter mentioned above is listed before the Hon'ble Court(In Chamber).
