Mr. Manu Prabhakar, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of Mr. Prem Prakash, Advocate on Record and undertakes to file the vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of the respondent No.2 in SLP(C) No. 6610/2015 within a weeks time. Counter affidavit, if any be filed within a period of four weeks.

In respect of the unserved respondent Nos. 1,10 and 11 in SLP(C) No. 6603/2015, Respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No. 6604-6612/2015 and respondent Nos. 1, 8 and 9 in SLP(C) No. 6613/2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners to furnish the fresh particulars for effecting service upon these unserved respondents within a period of four weeks through the concerned Trial Court and for that purpose he has to furnish the details of the Trial Court within two weeks. Await service report in respect of the State respondents in

all the matters. Liberty is also granted to the served respondents to file the

counter affidavit, if any within a period of four weeks, if not filed earlier. List again on 8.10.2015.
