SLP (C) No. 6603 of 2015

It is submitted that there are 12 respondents in this matter. M/s. Abhay Kumar, Gopal Singh and Abhijit P.Medha, adovcates have filed Vakalatnama as well as counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No.3, 4 to 7 and 8 & 9 respectively. AD card duly signed has been received back from respondent No.12 but no one has entered appearance, so far. Counteraffidavit filed by Mr. Abhay Kumar is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. C.B Prasad, advocate has filed affidavit of publication with proof on behalf of respondent Nos. 12 and 1011.

SLP (C) No. 6604, 6605, 6606, 6607, 6608, 6609 and 6611 of 2015

It is submitted that there are 7 respondents in this matter. M/s. Abhay Kumar and Gopal Singh, advocates have filed Vakalatnama as well as counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No.2 and 3 to 7.

It is further submitted that Mr. C.B Prasad, advocate has filed affidavit of publication with proof on behalf of respondent No. 1 (common in all the SLPs). Service of notice is complete.

SLP (C) No. 6610 of 2015

It is submitted that there are 7 respondents in this matter. M/s. Abhay Kumar and Gopal Singh, advocates have filed Vakalatnama as well as counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No.3 and 4 to 7. AD card duly signed has been received back from respondent No.2 but no one has entered appearance, so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. C.B Prasad, advocate has filed affidavit of publication with proof on behalf of respondent No.1.

SLP (C) No. 6612 of 2015

It is submitted that there are 14 respondents in this matter. M/s. Vikas Mehta, Abhijit P.Medha and Gopal Singh, advocates have filed Vakalatnama as well as counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No.23, 89, 4 to 7 and 10 to 14. Mr. Vikas Mehta, advocate has on 12.8.2016 filed counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 23 and 89. Copy of the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. C.B Prasad, advocate has filed affidavit of publication with proof on behalf of respondent No. 1.

SLP (C) No. 6613 of 2015

It is submitted that there are 10 respondents in this matter. Mr. Gopal Singh, advocate has filed Vakalatnama as well as counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 to 5 and 10. AD card duly signed has been received back from respondent Nos.6 and 7 but no one has entered appearance, so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. C.B Prasad, advocate has filed affidavit of publication with proof on behalf of respondent Nos. 12 and 89. Service of notice is complete.

In view of the Ld. Registrar's order dated 14.07.2016, the matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office report.
