"Mr.A.K.Pandey, Ld.counsel on behalf of Ms.K.V.Bharti Upadhyaya, A.O.R undertakes to file vakalatnama and memo of appearance for the respondent No.3 within two weeks. Counter affidavit, if any within four weeks.

In respect of the unserved respondents, Ld.counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps within four weeks.

List the matter again on 07.10.2015."

There are three respondent in this matter. Counsel for the petitioner has on 03.08.2015 filed spare copies and accordingly show cause notice has been issued on 10.08.2015 to respondent nos.12 with a copy of show cause notice to Ms. KV Bhati, Advocate for filing vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.3.

Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice from respondent nos.12 have been received back so far and Ms. KV Bhati Upadhyay, Advocate has not filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.3, so far.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
