UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$
Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn our attention to Order dated 1.12.2017 passed in S.L.P. (Crl.) No. 9043 of 2017 and other connected matters wherein protection against Signature Not Verified arrest has been granted while issuing notice in those betitions.
On the other hand, the Registry has, along with its Office Report, placed on record a copy of Order dated 28.02.2017 whereby a
number of petitions, involving the same kind of transactions, were disposed of by this Court with certain directions and one of the directions was that all these persons shall furnish bank guarantees as a condition for grant of anticipatory bail.
Having regard to the above, let this matter be also posted along with S.L.P. (Crl.) No. 9043 of 2017 before the appropriate Bench in the second week of July, 2018.
