It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has on 26.10.2015 filed a letter stating therein that the Exhibits and Orders dated 01.07.1992, 25.04.1993 and 19.06.1993 mentioned in the impugned order are not necessary at the stage of preliminary hearing of the instant Special Leave Petition (Copy of Advocate's letter is included in the paperbooks at page No. 148).
It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 33782 of 2011 (Main Case) filed against the Order of High Court dated 16.09.2011 (Annexure P11 of the paperbooks at page Nos. 139140) herein between the cross parties arising out of similar issue was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 09.01.2012 (Copy of the order dated 19.01.2012 is included in the paperbooks at page Nos. 141142 as Annexure P12).
The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
