It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Civil Appeal No.3359 of 2015 @ Special Petition Leave No. 10798 OF 2015 entitled " C.I.T.-VII,MAHARASHTRA vs M/S HERTZ CHEMICALS LTD" arising from common followed judgment is pending which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6th April, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court has granted leave. (Copy of the Order dated 6th April, 2015 is enclosed herewith for reference).

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
