"Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the appellant to comply with the terms of the order dated 03.01.2017 of this Court in respect of the respondent No.34. As regards to respondent No.11, the appellant has filed a letter that he is unable to trace out the address of this respondent. Therefore, Ld.counsel counsel for the appellant shall take appropriate steps within four weeks as last chance. Issue reminder to the concerned Tribunal for certificate of service in respect of the respondent Nos.8, 27, 28, 49 & 79. List the matter again on 21.03.2017."
It is submitted that Counsel for the appellant has not filed fresh particulars and copies of petition for issuance of fresh notice in respect of respondent Nos. 11 and Respondent No. 34 in the matter so far. Mr. Kaushik Poddar, Advocate has on 01.03.2017 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 58 but has not filed counter affidavit.
It is further submitted that certificate of service in respect of respondent No. 27 has been received but no one has entered appearance on its behalf. Reminder for Certificate of Service in respect of respondent Nos. 8, 28, 49 & 79 was issued to the Tribunal. Letter dated 23.02.2017 has been received from the Tribunal stating that confirmation of service in respect of respondent Nos. 8,28 and 79 is awaited (Copy of the letter is enclosed herewith). Acknowledgement from respondent No. 49 has been received and a fresh copy of petition has been forwarded for its persual. Service is complete on respondent No. 49.
