UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
C.A. No. 10301/2014
The Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 17 and the Ld. Counsel for the respondent No. 77 seek and are given four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit.
The other served respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated above.
Dr. Richa Awashthi, Ld. Counsel shall within a period of four weeks comply with the terms of the office report, failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date.

The learned counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos. 8,16,28, 59,10,12,26, 11,44, 22,77,80,65,68 and 79 and he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.
The served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.
Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents.
List again on 30.10.2015.
