UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent nos. 1 to 8 and 10 to 27 are granted four weeks time as last opportunity to file counter affidavit.

Service is complete on respondent no.31 but none has entered appearance.

Respondent nos. 29 and 30 have filed counter affidavit.

IA for direction has been filed in respect of respondent no.9 but the same is defective. Defects be cured within two weeks.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks time as last opportunity to take fresh steps in respect of respondent no.28.

List again on 23.8.2024.
