M/s.Coomie Eeki Photographer & Ors. for disposal of the matter in terms of the judgment of this Court in Shrirampur Municipal Council, Shrirampur Vs. Satyabhamabai Bhimaji Dawkher and Others [2013(5)SCC 627]. Learned counsel for the Special Leave Petitioners very fairly stated that the issue raised in the Special Leave Petition is covered by the judgment of the three-Judge Bench judgment in Shrirampur Municipal Council's case (supra). In view of the above, the application is allowed and the Special Leave Petition is dismissed in terms of the judgment in Shrirampur Municipal Council's case.
