UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) NO. 40014 of 2012 Deleted. SLP(C) No.2222/2012 Respondent No.1 has failed to file counter affidavit within the time as permissible under the rules. Respondent Nos.2, 4, 6 and 7 are reported to be duly and properly served but none appeared on their behalf. Item No.29 -2- The learned counsel for respondent No.3 to cure the defects in the vakalatnama by the next date, failing which, further necessary orders shall be passed, as per rules. Respondent No.8 has failed to file counter affidavit, despite final chance granted on the last date. It appears that the learned counsel for respondent No.9 has not yet supplied the deficit court fee of Rs.8/- despite specific direction the last date. Final chance is granted for curing the defects for supplying the deficiency by the next date, failing which, further necessary orders shall be passed. On behalf of respondent No.10, a submission at Bar has been advanced by the learned Advocate, Mr. Pratap Shankar that he would be filing vakalatnama during the course of the day. Four weeks' time is granted for filing counter affidavit. Notice be reissued to respondent Nos.5, 11 and 12 on furnishing their fresh and complete addresses within three weeks through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service.
