For Respondent(s) UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) NO.2222/2012 On behalf of respondent No.1, the ld. Counsel, Ms Anubha Agarwal has accepted notice and has undertaken to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit by next date. On behalf of respondent nos. 8 and 9, on the last date itself, the ld. Counsel had accepted notice and had undertaken to file vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit, but today again on behalf of respondent No.8 only, the ld. Counsel, Mr Aman Preet Singh Rahu appearing on behalf of Mr A Venayagan Balan, Advocate-on-record has made the same -2- Item No.26 request. Four weeks' time is granted for necessary compliance. Respondent No.3 is represented through the ld. Counsel but as per office report there were certain defects in the vakalatnama which are not yet cured. Omission be rectified by next date without fail. Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 are reported to be duly served through post but none appeared nor any steps taken on their behalf. Notices be re issued to respondent Nos. 5 to 7 and 10 to 12 on filing process fee and fresh addresses through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. SLP(C) NO.40014/2012 On behalf of respondent no.1, the ld. Counsel, Ms Anubha Agarwal has accepted notice and undertaken to file vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit by next date. Four weeks' time is granted. Service report in respect of respondent no.2 is awaited. List again on 30.4.2013.
