The ld. Counsel for respondent no.3 to cure the defects in the vakalatnama within one weeks time.

Ld. Counsel for respondent nos. 6 and 12 to file counter affidavit within four weeks time as last opportunity. List again on 3.3.2016."

It is submitted pursuant to aforesaid order Mr. Ravindra Bana, Advocate for respondent No. 3 has not cured the defects of vakalatnama so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. B. K. Satija, Advocate for respondent Nos. 6 & 12 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta, Advocate for respondent no.s 1 & 2 is no more Standing Counsel for the State of Haryana and but one has entered appearance in place of Mr. Kamal Gupta, Advocate.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
