The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 11.08.2015 when the following order was passed :

"Service is complete in respect of respondent nos. 4,5,7 and 11 but none has entered appearance.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1,2 and 10 is already on record.

Counter affidavit though filed in respect of respondent nos. 3,8 and 9 but defects pointed out by the registry have not been cured despite order. However, as last opportunity four weeks time is granted for the same.

Office report is silent with regard to counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 6,12. Put up with proper office report by the next date of hearing. List again on 29.10.2015."

It is submitted that there are 12 respondents. Respondent Nos. 12, 3, 89, 6 & 12 and 10 are represented thorugh M/s Kamal Mohan Gupta, Ravindra Bana, Rameshwar Prasad Goyal, B. K. Satija and Neeraj Sekhar, Advocates respectively. Respondent Nos. 4, 5, 7 and 11 have not chosen to enter appearance though served with notice.

It is further submitted that Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta, Advocate for respondent Nos. 12, Mr. Ravindra Bana, Advocate for respondent No. 3, Mr. R. P. Goel, Advocate for respondent Nos. 89 and Mr. Neeraj Shekhar, Advocate for respondent No. 10 have filed counter affidavits.

It is further submitted that Mr. B. K. Satija, Advocate for respondent Nos. 6 & 12 has not not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Goyal, Advocate for respondent Nos. 89 has filed proof of service regarding counter affidavit, thus defects of counter affidavit has been cured.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ravindra Bana, Advocate for respondent No. 3 has not cured the defects of vakalatnama so far.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
