"Service of respondent Nos.2, 4, 5, 7 and 11 is complete but none has entered appearance.

There are 12 respondents in all. Respondent No.3 has filed the vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit but defects as noticed therein have yet not been cured. Be cured within three weeks' time.

Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent Nos. 8 and 9 but both these respondents are represented by two different counsel. Necessary correction be made.

It is mentioned by the Ld. Counsel for respondent No.10 that counter affidavit on his behalf has also been filed. Registry to check and to take the same on record. List again on 11.8.2015."

It is submitted that there are 12 respondents. Respondent Nos. 12, 3, 89, 6 & 12 and 10 are represented thorugh M/s Kamal Mohan Gupta, Ravindra Bana, Rameshwar Prasad Goyal, B. K. Satija and Neeraj Sekhar, Advocates respectively. Respondent Nos. 4, 5, 7 and 11 have not chosen to enter appearance though served with notice.

It is further submitted that Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta, Advocate for respondent Nos. 12, Mr. Ravindra Bana, Advocate for respondent No. 3, Mr. R. P. Goel, Advocate for respondent Nos. 89 and Mr. Neeraj Shekhar, Advocate for respondent No. 10 have filed counter affidavits.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Goyal, Advocate for respondent Nos. 89 has filed counter affidavit but not served its copy on other respondents in the matter.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ravindra Bana, Advocate for respondent No. 3 has not cured the defects of vakalatnama so far.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
