Among 12 respondents, service of respondent Nos. 2,4,5 and 7 to 11 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.3 is filed but the same is still defective despite two opportunities already given for the purpose. None is present as on date. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit has been filed by the new counsel, Mr R.P.Goyal on behalf of respondent Nos. 8 and 9. However, vakalatnama of respondent no.8 is found to be defective. Defects need to be cured.
