Despite specific directions passed on the last date the ld. counsel for the petitioner has not yet furnished the necessary proof for facilitating effecting of service on respondent Nos. 5 and 11. Office report on default be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further necessary orders/directions.

Six weeks time is granted as final chance to respondent No.9 for filing counter affidavit.

Office report indicates that the ld. counsel, Mr Neeraj Shekhar appearing for respondent No.10 has not yet cured the defects in the counter affidavit but a submission at Bar has been advanced that the same has been rectified. Office to take note and submit report accordingly.

On behalf of respondent no.3 it appears that Mr Ravindra Bana has filed counter affidavit on 17.1.2014 but certain defects are to be cured in the vakalatnama. He has undertaken to rectify the same by next date.

He has further undertaken to serve copy of the counter affidavit on the other side. Necessary proof be filed on record.
